• How to Hire Us: A formal agency relationship is only formed if you and Lynette Selby sign a separate, written NC Buyer Agency Agreement or Listing Agreement. Until that specific document is signed, you are a customer of a digital product, not a real estate client.

3. NOT LEGAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE All Products are for informational and educational purposes only. Real estate laws, lending guidelines, and market conditions vary by state and change frequently.

4. REFUND POLICY Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific Product's sales page, our standard refund policy is:

• 7-Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a Product, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date.

• Finality: No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period has passed.

6. CLIENT COURTESY CREDITS (NC TRIAD CLIENTS) If a specific Product includes a "Client Courtesy Credit" or "Reimbursement" offer for local clients, the following terms apply:

• Eligibility: This offer is valid only for buyers/sellers who subsequently hire Lynette Selby as their Agent to close a real estate transaction in the NC Triad area.

• Method: The purchase price of the Product will be credited back to the Client on the final Settlement Statement (Closing Disclosure) at closing.

• Conditions: This is a transaction credit, not a cash refund. It is subject to lender approval and applies only to closed transactions.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lynette Selby Real Estate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of any Product. You assume full responsibility for your financial decisions.
